at
the Royal Society,

Carlton House Terrace
London SW1Y 5AG
Thursday 17th April 2008
9am to 5pm
This
invitation-only conference will look back at what was achieved at Bali
and look forward along the "Road to Copenhagen."
What were the successes, failures, and lacunae of Bali?
What does the latest scientific evidence say?
What are the needs of developed and developing countries in the process?
"Who should do what by when?"
The
conference will not seek to
arrive at consensus; rather it seeks to clarify issues, obstacles and
goals.
The conference moderators are Isabel Hilton, of China Dialogue
and Mark Kenber of the Climate Group..
This conference is a joint effort of the ad-hoc group that staged the
November 14th "Frameworks Conference" (see details here), the Royal Society and the
Climate Group.
